Refund Policy

Submitting the online registration form costs nothing, and this website does not take any payment. There is therefore nothing to refund on a registration that does not proceed to admission — you can simply tell us you no longer wish to continue.

All course fees are paid in person at our Deviganj centre and receipted there. Every payment you make is recorded against your student account, and you should receive a numbered receipt for it. Keep those receipts — they are the reference for any refund request.

Refund requests are made at the institute office. Please bring your fee receipts and tell us in writing why you are requesting the refund. The office will confirm what is due, and any approved amount is returned by the same method you paid, or as otherwise agreed with you.

Some courses involve fees payable to an external examination body such as NIELIT. Once such a fee has been forwarded to that body, its own rules govern whether any part of it can be refunded — that decision is not ours to make.

The specific refund terms for your course — including any deduction and the period within which a request must be made — are confirmed by the institute at the time of admission. Ask the office for them in writing before you pay, and keep that alongside your receipt, so that both sides are clear from the start.
