Planet Solutions, running under Planet Education Society, is a computer training institute at 03 Ishainpurwa (In Front of Rama Agrahari Girls Inter College), Deviganj, Fatehpur, Uttar Pradesh 212601. We are responsible for the personal information described below.

We only collect information you type into one of our two forms.

Enquiry form (on the home, admissions, contact and course pages): your name, mobile/WhatsApp number, email address if you provide one, the course and batch you are interested in, your highest qualification, and any message you write.

Online registration form: your name, your father's and mother's names, gender, date of birth, mobile number, a parent's mobile number, email address, postal address with city, state and pincode, the course and batch you want, your qualification, occupation, and an emergency contact number.

We do not collect your Aadhaar number, photographs or any documents through this website. Those are checked in person at our centre when you come to complete admission, and are not uploaded here.

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking, and embeds no advertising or social-media tracking scripts. We do not build a profile of your browsing, and we do not sell, rent or share your information with any third party for marketing.

To call or message you back about your enquiry, to process your admission, to allocate a batch, and to contact you about your course, fees, examinations and certificates once you are enrolled. We do not use it for anything else.

Your information is stored in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database. That database currently runs in Supabase's Tokyo, Japan (ap-northeast-1) region, which means your information is stored outside India. Access is restricted by database row-level security so that only authorised institute staff can read admission and student records; students who receive a portal login can see only their own record.

Enquiries and registrations are kept while we are in contact with you and, once you enrol, for as long as you are a student and afterwards as part of our academic records — certificates and fee receipts in particular have to be retained so that they can be verified later. We have not yet set a fixed deletion schedule for enquiries that never become admissions; if you want yours removed, ask us and we will do it.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it as an academic or financial record. Contact the office using the details below. Enrolled students can also update their own mobile number, email address and postal address from the student portal.

Our certificate verification page lets an employer confirm a certificate by entering its exact certificate number. It returns only the certificate number, student name, course and issue date, and only for an exact match — it cannot be used to browse or list our students.

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and the date shown at the top.
